The Municipal Secretary of Education and Universidad Autónoma de Occidente with the desire of strengthen the citizens competencies of English as a foreign language towards the transformation to a bilingual city, will hold the First Conference ‘Building the path towards a bilingual city’ focused on engaging English Languages Educators from public and private schools and universities to build this path as members of a glocal community.

Conference objective: To reflect on the importance of consolidating bilingualism as a 21st Century skill, which will allow citizens to position our city as a competitive territory from the academic and productive field.

Besides being the objectives, the following are also the lines in which presenters can based their proposals.
